Rotary – March 3, 2017 – Jessica Janssen – Vice President of Development

Dear Rotarians,

Occasionally we get to hear one of our own in the role of a presenter rather than that of host to presenter.  This Friday will be one of those times.  After several years of working in development and management of  philanthropy and non-profits Jessica Janssen took a position with Midland University as Vice President for development in 2015; a position which she holds today. Jessica will discuss the satellite program of Midland University which is in Omaha.  Jessica is married to Kevin and is Mom to a six-year old, Jett.

Two weeks from Friday, March 17th, Rotary will again be sponsoring “Rotary Ag Day”  If you remember this is the day you are asked to bring an ag-related guest, if possible or just an interested guest.  The Nebraska Director of Agriculture, Greg Ibach will be our speaker. We are trying to revive the idea of an annual Rotary salute to Agriculture, so please try to bring a friend.

Plans currently call for Matthew Harms, General Manager of Western Integrated Seed to be inducted into our club on March 10th.

See you Friday.

President Darrell
