Rotary – October 16, 2015 – Cecilia Harry, GFDC – Target Industries for the Fremont Area

Ms. Cecilia Harry joined the Greater Fremont Development Council and the Greater Omaha Economic Development Partnership in 2013.  Cecilia earned her certified economic developer designation in 2015.

She is responsible for the promotion of economic development activities in Fremont and Dodge County. She is experienced in working on capital investment campaigns, strategic planning initiatives, workforce partnerships, marketing and project management.

Prior to her coming to the Fremont-Omaha partnership Ms. Harry was with the Leavenworth County Development Corporation in Kansas as the economic development coordinator where she was highly successful in expanding their business retention and expansion program.

Cecilia currently serves on the board of directors of the International Economics Development Council (IEDC), an organization of 4500 members.  She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters from Washington University in Saint Louis.
