Joe Twidwell

Joe Twidwell was born in Minneapolis Minnesota and has a B.A. and JD from Creighton University. He prosecuted criminal cases for the military as well as civil litigation, estate planning and tax work while in private practice He spent most of his career as the senior officer of two trust companies including Security National Bank of Sioux City, Iowa we he is currently Senior Vice President and Trust Officer.

Joe is married to Diana and they have three children; Jeremy, Jon and Jennifer, and five grandchildren. Joe and his family are very active in the Catholic Church where Joe is a deacon and Diana is a co-director of music for the parish.

Joe served in the Army on active duty, the National Guard and Army Reserves for 28 years retiring as a lieutenant colonel. He taught as adjunct faculty at Midland College and has been very involved in variety of charitable organizations dealing with domestic violence prevention, care for the hungry and homeless, and various youth activities. Joe has traveled to Haiti 12 times where he has worked with his brother Jeff and Fr Dave Roehrich at Hospital Bon Samaritan on various building projects for the hospital and orphanage. The clinic at HBS see over 6000 patients a month
