Dear Rotarians,
It seems I wrote this email to you before, but life seems to be in a state of constant flux these days, so we adapt.
Our host this week is Dr. Bob Roesch; our program is Dr. Janet Guthmiller, Dean of the College of Dentistry, UNMC. Dr. Guthmiller’s path to Dean at UNMC took an unlikely trajectory inasmuch as she started her career as a dental hygienist. You might also recall that Dr. Guthmiller was scheduled to speak several weeks earlier but took sick the morning of our meeting. Mark Johnson D.D.S. arranged for Dr. Guthmiller this week, but was called out of town, and is not expected back in time for the meeting. Unless one of you can accompany us on the piano we will be singing a cappella once again.
Your president, (that’s me) has 2 tickets for sale for this week’s Husker game, several rows behind where the Huskers enter the field. $58 each, if interested call me.
Start planning now for Thanksgiving, but don’t plan to come to Rotary the next day. NO ROTARY on the 25th. GBR! See you this Friday.
