Dear Rotarians,
The host for this week is Ken Beebe, and the guest speaker is Walt Shafer, from Lincoln Premium Poultry and COSTCO. He will be speaking about Project Rawhide, a topic that will certainly be of interest to all of us. I expect there may be quite a few guests this week, so if you plan to bring a guest to Rotary, please let me know so I can get accurate numbers to the Golf Club so we have enough seating. I know this is project that has created strong feelings both for and against, but this is an opportunity for us to hear first-hand information on the project. There will be opportunity for questions at the end, so feel free to ask questions if you wish. I only want to remind you that we are a professional organization, and our purpose is to listen and to ask questions, while at the same time, not trying to pin anyone to the wall with our question.

Ronda Niehaus was the $10 Hy-Vee gas card winner at the last meeting. Congratulations. Tom Waring was also the winner of the weekly drawing. I missed the exact amount, but I believe it was around $80.
