Dear Rotarians,
The host for this week is Gerald Harnisch, and his guest speaker is Jody Horner, President of Midland University. President Horner has brought unique perspective of small college roots and modern business leadership to Midland University. She came to Midland from a successful term as President of Cargill Meat Solutions and Cargill Case Ready. At the multi-billion dollar corporation, she led more than 3,000 employees. She also championed the successful launch of the Cargill Innovation Center, a world-class destination for collaborative efforts by food scientists, microbiologists, and culinary teams. This should be a very interesting program, so please make an effort to attend Friday’s meeting.
Also, remember we will be kicking off the Rotary Foundation Campaign in November, so you should be receiving a letter in the mail sometime in early November encouraging you to donate again this year.
